Some copies of the book "Prison to Praise" by Rev. Meriln Carothers

Trinity Presbyterian Church has allowed us to put some copies of the book "Prison to Praise" on the entrance shelf.

We put two copies about a month ago, and found one gone.  We believe somebody took it to read.

We pray that the blessing of giving thanks as written in that book will spread to many !

Nagasaki martyrs commemorative service held

We have participated online in Nagasaki service, commemorating the 26 Christians who got killed in Japan for the first time on Feb. 5th, 1597.

The service was held at Nishizaka hill on the midnight in NY time
and we felt the wonderful presence of the Lord and spoke to our hearts through the delivered message.

A Video Ps. Daneil Asano has made Applied for the Film Festival

Pastor Asano was able to apply the short video he made for the video-making contest of Hakuba Christian Festival!

That video is an introduction of NY and NY Church with accompaniment of the J-gospel song called "Let's enter the Lord's sanctuary."

The new comers continue to attend the services

Mr. & Mrs. T and Mrs. H who is non-believer have attended today's service today!

Mrs. T's husband hasn't got baptized yet though he believes Jesus Christ.
He is still hesitant about getting baptized.  We pray that he has assurance of salvation and get baptized.

Streaming today's service online has been breaking up again.
Please pray for the stable internet broadcasting for the service with us.

Film making to participate in the Hakuba Christian Film Festival!

Pastor Daniel Asano is making a video for NY church to apply for the Hakuba Christian Film Festival in Hakuba Snerugoi Camp( Christian co-workers conference) to be held from Feb. 28, 2019 through Mar. 1, 2019.2

After the service, we went to take some shots, walking on the streets in NYC.

He is working hard since it is the will of the Lord to spread His blessing.
May the video be made to be used by God!

Another new comer !

Mrs. T's husband has come to attend our service for the first time!
Hallelujah!
Mrs. T has been praying for him for a long time, so have we.

Later, Mrs. T told us that her husband seemed responding to today's message and God's word. 
We also thought he was touched by the Lord. 
Praise and thanks to be the Lord!

A new comer has come to attend the service!

A non-believing lady has attended our Sunday service!

She attended NY charismatic service held back in Dec. 2017, having Pastor Pal Akimoto of Tokyo Antioch Church as a main speaker.

She says she is not really seeking religion but she has come to attend the service, wondering if Pastor Akimoto might be coming again.

We will pray for her salvation.  It's the work of the Holy Spirit!
